1. Agreement

1.1. By placing an order on the website www. At https://bibimarket.nl/ you accept our offer and enter into an agreement with Smaken Van De Natuur BV  registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under No. 89565525 . https://bibimarket.nl/ will deliver the order to you itself under the conditions that you will find on your invoice. Any questions and/or comments should only be addressed to us in writing. Our contact details can be found in the confirmation email you will receive regarding your order. Payments must be made online through multiple online payment methods including IDEAL, PayPal and credit cards.

1.2. In the context of this agreement, personal data is processed by flavorsvandenature. This is always done in accordance with applicable legislation. For more information about how your personal data is handled, please consult the privacy policy.
1.3 Smakenvandenature will in no case ever sell your personal data to third parties without your permission.

2. Delivery

2.1 There is no minimum stated amount for delivery of an order. The prices stated on the website for products do not include delivery costs. Shipping costs are 6.99 euros. Above orders of 50 euros are borne by the entrepreneur.
2.2 Orders can be placed via the internet until 4:00 PM at the latest if you want to receive them the next day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be automatically delivered to you 2 days later.

2.3 The risk regarding the order and the delivered products passes to you after the order has been delivered and paid.

2.4 When can you return a product?

The consumer can terminate an agreement regarding the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of at least 14 days without giving reasons. The entrepreneur may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal, but does not oblige him to state his reason(s), the costs of returning are for the consumer unless otherwise agreed with the consumer.

2.5 There is an exception here for the right of withdrawal for fresh products that cannot be returned without a valid reason, unless something is wrong with the product.

3. Payment

3.1 The security and storage of electronic payment data is done by the renowned companies Mollie and/or Paypal. They are therefore responsible for any abuses and problems with your payment. Both Mollie and Paypal are extremely reliable companies with an impeccable track record. They have very extensive procedures regarding security and safety. They therefore guarantee fast and secure payment.

4. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights relating to (the content of) https://bibimarket.nl/  and the products offered, including packaging/advertising material, belong exclusively to https://bibimarket.nl/, its affiliated companies and/or its suppliers. Intellectual property rights include all patent rights, trademark rights, trade name rights, database rights, model rights, domain names and other intellectual property rights (including know-how and trade secrets) in the Netherlands or elsewhere that are related to the (content of the) website. https://bibimarket.nl/  and/or the delivered products, including packaging/advertising material in general. 5. Liability

5.1 The total liability of https://bibimarket.nl due to an attributable shortcoming in the performance of an agreement or on any other basis is limited to compensation for direct damage up to a maximum of the amount of the price stipulated for that agreement.
5.2 The liability of https://bibimarket.nl/ for damage due to death, bodily injury or due to material damage to property will never exceed the insured amount.
5.3 The liability of https://bibimarket.nl for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, lost savings is excluded.

6. Applicable law

6.1 The agreements between https://bibimarket.nl and you are governed by Dutch law and will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

7. What if there is something wrong with a product

7.1 Is there something wrong with a product you have received? We find that very annoying. Send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to make it up to you. Do you have a photo of it? It always helps if you send this along. Then we can see better what the cause is and we will do our utmost to prevent it from happening again.
